Reclaim Your Peace of Mind

Reconnect With Your True Nature

As a meditation instructor, I will guide you to reconnect with your true nature, find stillness, and reclaim your peace of mind.

Primordial Sound Meditation, revived by Deepak Chopra in concert with other Vedic scholars, is a mantra-based meditation technique. Practiced silently, this mantra-based meditation can bring you to deeper levels of stillness than other common forms of meditation.

This time in stillness and restful awareness is what brings about the myriad of benefits we see across the mind-body-spirit spectrum.

Good Vibrations Meditation

Meditation originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Today, science shows it can improve attention, support weight control, help reverse chronic illness, slow cognitive decline, and more.

“I’ve taken many meditation classes (including TM) and done many apps over the past few years, but Megan’s meditation class was by far my favorite and the most effective. I loved the accountability of the weekly group, and Megan has such a warm, grounded presence. This was something I really looked forward to every week (and my personalized mantra really resonated with me). I can’t recommend this class enough!”
