Megan is a Certified Meditation Instructor from the Chopra Institute and a RYT-200 Yoga Instructor. She has coaching certifications from The Neuroleadership Institute and the Chopra Institute and is a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) accredited by the NBME (National Board of Medical Examiners).

Different?

Before spending 25 years in Corporate America, Megan received her BBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University. Having worked at some of the world’s largest and most respected companies, Megan has a unique perspective on how organizations and teams can differentiate themselves and enhance their performance (going from good to great) by strength training the mind.
