Geese fly in a v-formation to conserve the energy of the entire flock. Each bird flies slightly above the one in front of them, to reduce wind resistance and fly longer distances. When the front goose needs to replenish its energy it shifts back, and another one takes over the lead. The flock embodies the essence of wellbeing as it is dynamic; the birds continually respond to the actions and needs of self and others.
