I’m Megan Dittman, a Mental Performance & Leadership Coach. I work with Executives who know performance can always be improved.

Prior Corporate Executive

Megan spent 25 years at some of the world’s largest corporations as an HR Executive developing talent and increasing organizational performance. She received her BBA from the University of Notre Dame and Masters from Cornell’s Industrial Labor Relations School.

Executive & Health Coach

As a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Certified Executive Coach from the Neuroleadership Institute, and Certified Meditation Instructor from the Chopra Institute, Megan brings deep insight into what is needed to be successful in today’s competitive landscape.
