Mindful Awareness
Build the ability to stay present, notice thoughts and physical signals, and respond with intention rather than reactivity during practice, competition, recovery, and pressure-filled performance moments.
Train the mental skills that help athletes stay focused, resilient, and composed when performance pressure peaks. Front Goose Wellbeing delivers science-based mental performance consulting led by Megan Dittman, combining mindfulness, mindset work, and mental rehearsal to support sharper execution, emotional regulation, and confidence before competition, training, recovery, and high-stakes moments.

Science-based coaching for athletes who want sharper focus, stronger resilience, and calmer execution under pressure.
Build the ability to stay present, notice thoughts and physical signals, and respond with intention rather than reactivity during practice, competition, recovery, and pressure-filled performance moments.
Identify cognitive patterns that can limit confidence or consistency, then practice constructive reframing techniques that support resilience, emotional regulation, and a stronger competitive mindset.
Use guided mental rehearsal to pre-experience desired outcomes, sharpen execution, and prepare for championship moments, complex plays, or high-pressure performances before they happen.

Coaching begins by clarifying the athlete’s current state, competitive demands, strengths, pressure points, and desired outcomes. This creates a practical roadmap for building mental skills that directly support training, competition, recovery, and high-stakes execution.
